Are you licensed?
Yes, Ascent Electric’s owner Sky Rich is fully licensed and has more than 2 decades of experience. You’ll consult with him before any job starts. He’ll plan and oversee all of the work at your home and will be there the entire time. He has personally trained and mentored a few dedicated workers who may assist him on your project.
Can you provide advice on energy-saving electrical solutions?
Yes, we’re certified with Sonoma Clean Power and have helped many clients qualify for rebates and get incentives for electrical improvements to their home. We can also recommend energy-saving upgrades like LED lighting, smart thermostats, and energy-efficient appliances. Yes, absolutely. There’s several good systems out there for doing this. Once you choose one, we can help you obtain the necessary components and run all the wiring for you. These systems add to your investment in your home but they pay back in enjoyment over the years to come!
Can you help me choose the right lighting fixtures for my home?
We love good lighting and feel it deserves a consultation with a good lighting designer. We can recommend one for you to speak with. Once they help you create a lighting plan that addresses all your needs, that’s when our work begins. We’ll install all the recessed lighting cans and switch boxes and wire everything together. We can even install your fixtures for you after your sheetrock is done. All you need to do to enjoy your new lighting is switch the lights on!
